CITs and Counselors are an essential part of the Camp Mujigae experience.  Their job is to ensure the safety and well being of all campers, encourage campers to participate in activities and make friends, support and enforce all camp rules, and act as role model.

CITs- Counselors in Training

CITs are counselors-in-training who are interested in working with some of our youngest campers in Discovery or Explorer. CITs must be 16 years old or going into their junior year of high school.  Most CITs are also Senior Campers.  CITs should complete the CIT Application when they register for camp. A link to the application is available through the Camp Doc registration process.  CITs will be assigned to one of the following areas:

Discovery (campers in K-2nd grade)
Explorer (campers in 3rd-5th grade)

CIT training is mandatory - The counselor coordinator will contact all of the CITs


Counselors will be working with our older campers in the Senior Camp. Please note that Camp Mujigae is a day camp programCounselors should complete the Counselor Application

Counselors will be assigned to one of the following Senior areas: 

campers in 6th -7th grade

campers in 8th-9th grade

campers in 10th-12th grade


Counselor training is mandatory. The counselor coordinator will contact you with additional details.
